Parts Specialist

Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist professional customers with parts selection and service needs. Maintain the cash drawer, process transactions, and handle exchanges and returns while resolving complaints. Operate brake lathes and other test equipment after training, and perform in-store services like installing wipers and testing batteries. Manage daily operations including image maker completion, planogram updates, inventory counts, and merchandise returns. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate.
