Job Summary
The Parts Specialist delivers high-level service to retail and installer customers, assists store management with tasks, and supports daily store operations. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting in merchandise selection, looking up parts and quoting prices, recommending related items, handling cash, processing exchanges/returns, addressing complaints, maintaining stock and floor presentation, and performing in-store services and light duties as needed. Strong emphasis on customer service, accurate cash handling, upselling through related items, and teamwork with store management and technicians. Bilingual ability is encouraged; prior familiarity with automotive parts and sales, cataloging, and planogram updates is a plus.

- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in-store simultaneously
