Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist installer service specialists with professional customer needs. Execute daily operational tasks including stocking shelves, planogram updates, inventory cycle counts, and maintaining the cash drawer. Process exchanges, returns, and credit card transactions while resolving complaints in accordance with company policy. Perform in-store services such as testing batteries, scanning trouble codes, and replacing headlight capsules after completing required training. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
