Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, assists store management, and handles customer inquiries and transactions. Responsibilities include promoting customer service programs, maintaining a cash drawer, resolving complaints, and performing various operational tasks. Bilingual candidates, especially Spanish speakers, are encouraged to apply.
