Parts Specialist

Job Summary
Provide high-level customer service to retail and installer customers; support store management in assigned tasks; assist managers and installer service specialists; greet customers, help them select merchandise, look up parts and quotes, and offer related items; handle phone inquiries, process exchanges/returns, manage cash drawer and transactions; maintain and secure cash, planogram updates and image maker tasks; assist with daily operational duties, including stocking, inventory cycle counts, and freight receival; operate store test equipment after training; occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply; strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Ability to accurately look up parts and quote prices, and process cash/credit transactions
- Driving record must meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
- Experience with cash handling and credit card transactions
