Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide exceptional service to both retail and installer customers, ensuring their inquiries and needs are met. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, supporting store management, maintaining cash drawer accuracy, resolving customer complaints, processing transactions, and managing returns. The role requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment and involves operating store test equipment and performing services where permissible. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, with preferred knowledge of automotive parts and sales skills.
