Job Summary
Parts Specialist responsible for delivering high levels of customer service to retail and installer customers, assisting with merchandise selection, pricing, and related selling programs. Role involves greeting customers, assisting professional customers, processing transactions, handling cash/credit, exchanges/returns, answering calls, and supporting daily store operations such as stock stocking, planogram updates, freight receival, and basic in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing batteries, and reading trouble codes) after training. Occasional delivery driving may be required. Bilingual candidates encouraged; ASE certification and Spanish language skills are desirable. The role emphasizes adherence to customer service programs, accurate cash handling, inventory tasks, and contributing to a positive work environment and career growth opportunities.
