Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide exceptional service to retail and installer customers, assist store management, handle transactions, manage returns, and perform various in-store services while ensuring all customer service programs are followed.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging experience
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- Automotive sales or service expertise
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
