Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides service to retail and installer customers, supports store management, and assists with customer needs both in-person and over the phone. Core responsibilities include promoting company customer service programs, managing cash transactions accurately, processing returns, and handling customer complaints in a friendly manner. Required skills include the ability to match alphanumeric sequences, provide professional customer service, and multitask effectively. Experience with automotive parts and services is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
