Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will deliver high-quality service to retail and installer customers, greet walk-in customers, assist them in selecting merchandise, and support store management with assigned tasks. Responsibilities include answering store calls, lookup up parts and quote prices, offering the Low-Price Guarantee, processing exchanges and returns, addressing customer complaints, assisting with daily image maker and planogram updates, stocking shelves, handling freight receival, and performing in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing batteries, testing charging system, scanning codes, replacing headlight capsules). Occasional delivery driving may be required. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Skills emphasized include outstanding customer service, multitasking between in-store and phone interactions, knowledge of automotive parts, cataloging, and related sales/service activities. ASE certification and multi-language fluency are noted as desirable.
