Job Summary
Parts Specialist at O’Reilly Auto Parts delivering high-level service to retail and installer customers, executing store operations, cash handling, inventory tasks, and product recommendations. Responsibilities include greeting customers, looking up parts, quoting prices, processing payments, handling exchanges/returns, addressing complaints, assisting with planogram updates and freight handling, performing in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing batteries, diagnosing issues), possible delivery tasks, and participating in company training. Bilingual skills (Spanish encouraged) and familiarity with automotive parts and related systems are valued; ASE certification is noted as a desired qualification. Required Qualifications
