Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-quality service to retail and installer customers, support store management tasks, and assist with customer inquiries, transactions, and complaints, while maintaining accurate inventory and cash handling.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
