The Parts Specialist will provide exceptional service to retail and installer customers while assisting management with assigned tasks. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, supporting professional customers, handling transactions, resolving complaints, and performing daily operational duties. Required skills include the ability to multitask and match alphanumeric sequences. Desired qualifications include familiarity with automotive parts and fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish. Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

- Weatherly index system
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
