Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist professional customers with parts selection and service needs. Maintain the cash drawer, process transactions, and handle exchanges and returns while resolving complaints. Execute daily operational tasks including image maker updates, planogram adjustments, stocking, and inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathe test equipment and perform in-store services such as battery testing and wiper installation. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Complete assigned company training and promote customer service programs like Hi-5 and Low Price Guarantee. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
