Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide exceptional service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, maintaining cash drawer, processing transactions, addressing customer complaints, performing daily operational tasks, and occasionally making deliveries. Required skills include the ability to match alphanumeric sequences, deliver outstanding customer service, and multitask effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
