Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide exceptional service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management in assigned tasks. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting in product selection, managing cash transactions, addressing customer complaints, performing inventory tasks, and handling various daily operational activities. Additionally, the role involves operating store test equipment and performing in-store services for customers where permitted. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and a quick aptitude for matching alphanumeric sequences.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Ability to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging experience
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
