Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, supporting store management and performing essential job functions such as greeting customers, processing transactions, and resolving complaints. Responsibilities include maintaining the cash drawer, completing training, fulfilling daily operational tasks, and providing in-store services like wiper installation and battery testing. A successful candidate must possess customer service skills, multitasking abilities, and familiarity with automotive parts is desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
