Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist professional customers with parts selection and service needs. Follow company service programs like Hi-5 and Low-Price Guarantee while maintaining cash drawers, processing transactions, and handling exchanges. Complete daily operational tasks including image maker updates, stocking shelves, inventory counts, and operating brake lathe test equipment. Perform in-store services such as battery testing, code scanning, and wiper installation, and occasionally drive delivery vehicles. Multitask between phone and store interactions while promoting related selling. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Driving record must meet the company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Spanish is highly desired
