Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will deliver high-level customer service to retail and installer customers, assist store management with tasks, and promote company service programs. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, answering customer queries, maintaining the cash drawer, processing returns, and resolving customer complaints. The role involves daily operational tasks such as stocking shelves and processing merchandise returns, along with operating store test equipment. Candidates must be able to multitask effectively and are encouraged to be bilingual, particularly in Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
