Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist professional installer customers while promoting company programs like the Low-Price Guarantee. Accurately look up parts, quote prices, and process exchanges, returns, and credit card transactions. Maintain the cash drawer, complete daily image makers and planogram updates, and perform inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, and occasionally drive a delivery vehicle. Match alphanumeric sequences and multitask between phone and store duties. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
