Job Summary
The Parts Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional service to retail and installer customers, supporting store management in assigned tasks, and maintaining the cash drawer accurately. Essential functions include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, completing assigned training, handling phone inquiries, processing transactions, addressing customer complaints, performing in-store services, and assisting with operational tasks including inventory management. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Ability to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store simultaneously

- Cataloging experience
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
