Job Summary
Parts Specialist will provide all retail and installer customers with a high level of service and support store management in tasks. Roles include greeting customers, assisting with selection of merchandise, processing returns and exchanges, handling cash and card transactions, answering store calls, maintaining stock and planograms, and performing in-store services/tools operation. The position emphasizes customer service, product knowledge of automotive parts, upselling related items, and assisting with daily operational tasks (inventory, freight receival, stock adjustments, and occasional delivery). Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Multitask—handle customers on the phone and in the store
- Spanish language ability (bilingual encouraged)
- Familiarity with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service (preferred)
- ASE certification (desired)
