Job Summary
Provide high level customer service to retail and installer customers; greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, and process exchanges/returns. Support store management with daily tasks, maintain cash drawer, handle cash/credit transactions, and answer store calls with accurate part lookups and quotes. Perform in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test/charge batteries, diagnose vehicle issues) where permitted by state/local laws; assist with freight receival, stock updates, planogram updates, and occasional vehicle deliveries. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply; ASE certification and Spanish multilingual skills are highly valued. Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
- ASE certification (desired)
- Experience with automotive parts cataloging and sales (desired)
