Job Summary
Provide high-level service to retail and installer customers as a Parts Specialist. Greet customers, assist with selecting and pricing parts, look up parts and quotes, offer related items and the Low-Price Guarantee, and handle cash/drawer activities and credit card transactions. Perform exchanges/returns per policy, address customer complaints professionally, and support store management with daily tasks such as stock updates, planograms, freight receipt, and occasional in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing batteries, scanning trouble codes).
