Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will deliver a high level of service to retail and installer customers, supporting store management and completing assigned tasks. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, maintaining a secure cash drawer, processing exchanges and returns, addressing customer complaints, and performing various daily operational tasks. The role requires strong multitasking abilities and a professional demeanor in customer interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Ability to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging skills
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
