Job Summary
Provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, process transactions, maintain cash drawer, handle returns/exchanges, support store management with daily tasks, assist with image maker and planogram updates, perform in-store services (e.g., wipers, batteries, diagnosing vehicle issues where allowed), and drive occasional deliveries as needed. Bilingual candidates are encouraged; prior automotive parts familiarity and ASE certification are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Multitask ability (phone and in-store)
- Familiarity with automotive parts and cataloging is preferred
- ASE certification is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
