Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, greets customers, assists in selecting merchandise, and supports store management with assigned tasks. Responsibilities include handling calls, pricing and quoting parts, offering related items, processing exchanges/returns, maintaining cash drawer and payments, addressing customer complaints, assisting with image maker and planogram updates, stocking shelves, completing daily in-store operational tasks, and performing in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing/charging batteries, scanning vehicle trouble codes, replacing headlight capsules). Occasional delivery driving may be required. Bilingual candidates encouraged; ASE certification is desirable. The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, multitasking, and adherence to company policies.
