Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides excellent service to retail and installer customers, assisting them in the selection of merchandise, handling phone calls according to company policy, maintaining cash drawer operations, processing returns and exchanges, and resolving customer complaints. Responsibilities also include assisting with daily operational tasks, operating test equipment, performing in-store services where permitted, and occasionally driving a delivery vehicle when necessary. Key qualifications include a strong ability to multitask and deliver outstanding customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
