Parts Specialist

Job Summary
The Parts Specialist is responsible for delivering high levels of customer service to retail and installer customers. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, managing cash transactions, processing exchanges and returns, supporting daily operational tasks, and resolving customer complaints. The role requires multitasking between in-person and phone interactions while maintaining a professional demeanor. Candidates should have strong customer service skills and the ability to match parts quickly.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging experience
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
