Job Summary
Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, greet walk-in customers, assist with merchandise selection, support store management, and perform daily operational tasks (stocking, planogram updates, image maker). Responsibilities include answering calls, quoting prices, recommending related items, maintaining accurate cash handling, processing returns/exchanges, addressing complaints, and performing in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing batteries). Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Multitask while handling customers on the phone and in-store
- Process exchanges and returns for credit in accordance with company policies
- Handle cash drawer, cash/checks, give accurate change, process credit card transactions
- Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate; driving record must meet company requirements
