The Parts Specialist provides high levels of customer service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management with various tasks. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, accurately handling transactions, and resolving customer complaints. The role also involves maintaining the store's cash drawer and processing returns, along with stock adjustments and inventory cycles.
