Job Summary
Parts Specialist responsible for delivering high-level customer service to retail and installer customers, greeting and assisting shoppers, looking up parts and quoting prices, processing transactions, handling exchanges/returns, maintaining stock and planograms, assisting with daily store operations and occasional local deliveries, and supporting management. Bilingual candidates encouraged; ASE certification preferred. Must be able to operate store equipment after training, maintain cash drawer accurately, answer store calls, and provide courteous service while promoting company programs and policies.
