Job Summary
Parts Specialist role providing high-level service to retail and installer customers; assist store management and installer service specialists; process transactions and returns; answer store calls, look up parts and quotes, and promote company service programs; maintain cash drawer and perform daily store operations including stocking, planogram updates, and basic in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries, diagnose vehicle systems) with occasional delivery duties when needed; bilingual candidates encouraged and ASE certification and Spanish language skills are desirable.
