Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, assist management in task completion, and promote customer service programs. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, maintaining cash drawer operations, processing exchanges, and resolving complaints. The role involves various operational tasks, including inventory management and in-store services such as installing parts and vehicle testing. Strong customer service skills, multitasking ability, and familiarity with automotive parts are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
