Job Summary
Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, greets and assists customers in selecting merchandise, processes exchanges/returns, handles cash/credit transactions, and supports store management with tasks. Bi-lingual candidates encouraged. Responsibilities include following customer service programs, assisting professional customers, answering store calls, conducting price lookups and quotes, maintaining the cash drawer, performing stock/planogram updates, facilitating store services (installing wipers, testing batteries, diagnosing vehicle systems), occasional delivery driving, and supporting daily store operations; demonstrates knowledge of automotive parts and cataloging, and contributes to a positive, compliant work environment with growth opportunities and benefits.
