Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide excellent service to retail and installer customers, assist with store management tasks, and handle customer interactions both over the phone and in-person. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, maintaining inventory, and performing in-store services, such as testing vehicle systems and making deliveries. Required skills include the ability to multitask and match alphanumeric sequences. A focus on outstanding customer service is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
