Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide all retail and installer customers with exceptional service. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with product selections, handling phone inquiries, processing transactions, managing the cash drawer, and addressing customer complaints. The role also involves stocking shelves, managing inventory, and performing in-store services like installing wipers or testing batteries. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and preferred familiarity with automotive parts and sales.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store simultaneously
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging experience
- Experience with Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish
