Parts Specialist

Job Summary
Provide high level of service to retail and installer customers, greet shoppers, assist in selecting merchandise, and quote prices; support store management with assigned tasks, process exchanges/returns, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain the sales floor including stock, planograms, and image updates. Offer in-store services (e.g., wipers, batteries, diagnostic checks where allowed), assist with freight receival and stocking, and occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed. Bilingual candidates (Spanish) encouraged. Training on company programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, related selling, Rock the Lot) and ongoing customer service excellence are emphasized; ASE certification and multilingual abilities are desired. Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Outstanding customer service
- Multitasking in-store and phone
- Familiarity with automotive parts is desired
- ASE certification is desirable
- Fluency in Spanish is highly desired
