Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will engage with retail and installer customers, offering exceptional service and support to managers and installer service specialists. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting in merchandise selection, maintaining cash register operations, resolving customer complaints, and performing daily operational tasks. The role requires strong multitasking abilities and effective communication skills. Additional in-store services may include installations and driving for deliveries, depending on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging experience
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
