Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will deliver high-level customer service to retail and installer customers, assist store management with tasks, greet customers, look up parts and quote prices, and encourage related selling. Responsibilities include handling cash and credit transactions, processing exchanges/returns, answering store calls, maintaining inventory and planogram updates, stocking shelves, and performing in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing batteries, scanning vehicle trouble codes) after training. Occasional delivery driving may be required. Bilingual applicants are encouraged; ASE certification and multilingual ability are desirable. The role emphasizes effective customer service, accurate transactions, problem-solving for complaints, and supporting store operations and training.
