Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist professional customers while promoting company programs like the Low-Price Guarantee. Maintain the cash drawer, process credit card transactions, and handle exchanges and returns. Complete daily image maker updates, planogram changes, and inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathes and other test equipment after training. Perform in-store services such as installing wipers, testing batteries, and replacing headlight capsules. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
