Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, supports store management, and performs essential functions including greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, maintaining cash drawer accuracy, and handling customer complaints. Responsibilities encompass operating store equipment, processing returns, and completing daily operational tasks. Candidates are expected to multitask effectively and exhibit strong customer service skills.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service
- Ability to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store simultaneously
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
