Job Summary
The Parts Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional service to retail and installer customers, assisting in merchandise selection, and supporting store management. Key responsibilities include following company customer service programs, accurately answering phone inquiries, processing transactions, handling returns, resolving customer complaints, and performing daily operational tasks. The role requires multitasking abilities, outstanding customer service skills, and the capability to operate store equipment. Candidates with experience in automotive parts or sales are preferred.

- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
