The Parts Specialist will deliver exceptional service to both retail and installer customers, assisting with their product selection and supporting store management. Responsibilities include customer service programs, phone support, handling transactions, addressing complaints, and performing various operational tasks. Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
