Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management in assigned tasks. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, maintaining inventory, and assisting with customer inquiries. The ideal candidate is friendly, capable of multitasking, and may be bilingual.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging experience
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
