Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides high-quality service to retail and installer customers, assisting with merchandise selection and managing customer interactions both in person and by phone. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, addressing customer complaints, assisting with inventory tasks, and conducting in-store services as permitted by law. Key skills required include excellent customer service, multitasking abilities, and proficiency in handling alphanumeric sequences.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Ability to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store simultaneously
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
