Job Summary
The Parts Specialist is responsible for providing high levels of service to retail and installer customers, supporting store management, and assisting with various operational tasks. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining cash drawers, processing exchanges, resolving complaints, and performing in-store services. Candidates should possess strong multitasking abilities and outstanding customer service skills. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with automotive parts and services, and fluency in Spanish is highly desired. - ASE certification
