Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide a high level of service to retail and installer customers while assisting store management with assigned tasks. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, maintaining the cash drawer, completing training, addressing complaints, stocking shelves, and performing various operational tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

- Ability to match alphanumeric sequences quickly
- Outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service skills
- Ability to multitask between phone and in-store customers

- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging skills
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
