The Parts Specialist will deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers, support store management, assist with customer queries both in-person and via phone, process transactions, and manage inventory duties. Responsibilities include providing technical automotive services, handling customer complaints, and ensuring operational tasks are completed effectively.

- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask

- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging experience
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
