Job Summary
Provide high level customer service to retail and installer customers; assist store management and installer service specialists in duties; greet customers, help select merchandise, look up parts and quote prices, and offer related items with a focus on selling and service. Process exchanges and returns, manage cash drawer and payment transactions, answer store calls per policy, and maintain pricing and inventory. Perform in-store duties such as image maker and planogram updates, stocking, and assisting with daily operational tasks. Conduct in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries, diagnose vehicle issues) and, when needed, drive a delivery vehicle.
